Kirk Pamper
Kirk Pamper holds a degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Southern Illinois University, where he also minored in botany, and his intimate knowledge of plants and their growth habits strongly informs his floral design work. He has also studied with some of the foremost floral design artists from around the world.
    A popular and respected educator in
his own right, Kirk taught floral design classes for the University of Memphis’ Continuing Education Department for more than 15 years, each semester introducing a new group of students, amateurs and professionals alike, to the methods and goals of flower arranging.

  In his role as a Teleflora Education Specialist, Kirk spends a great deal of time teaching new skills and providing inspiration to hundreds of retail florists every year. He travels the country working to raise the level of professionalism in the floral industry. His most popular topics include wedding designs, sympathy tributes, creative daily design work, visual merchandising techniques, economical high-style designs, seasonal permanent arrangements, and the elements and principles of design.

Kirk also works to educate florists through his presentations at wholesale floral supply houses, industry trade shows, recognized floral design schools, state and regional allied associations, and in his position as a member of the Creative Consultants Team for Syndicate Sales, Inc., a leading floral supply manufacturer. His innovative workshops provide valuable hands-on experience to floral design students at every level. Additionally, Kirk makes his services available as a business consultant to retail and wholesale floral operations, and provides design training to flower shop employees.
